International cooperation: general

{gallery}/IC{/gallery}Study abroad is a successful way to become competitive on the labor market. Therefore, Department of Finance pays special attention to the expansion of the international cooperation with foreign Universities in order to give our students opportunities to continue study and have internships abroad. Universities of France, Norway, Sweden, Spain, and Poland note a high level of our students’ preparation and their abilities to study abroad.

Department of Finance received a grant from Eurasia Foundation for the project "Anti-corruption and PhD mobility NHH-NaUKMA".
The project will be implemented in cooperation with the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH Norwegian School of Economics) and the NGO Transparency International Ukraine.

Project coordinators are Tina Søreide (professor at NHH Norwegian School of Economics, Norway), Professor Iryna Lukyanenko (Head of Finance Kyiv Mohyla Academy (Ukraine)), Tatiana Shevchuk (Transparency International Ukraine).

One of the first major events that will occur in the project is an international seminar on fighting corruption, reducing the shadow economy, problems of migration in the end of March 2017. 30 students from Norwegian School of Economics and students from NaUKMA will be involved in seminar that will be lead by NaUKMA professors, representatives of the state bodies, and public organizations, including Transparency International Ukraine.
